Having to battle stage 4 bowel cancer 3 times while selling your home is a nightmare, but with empathy and grace they did it. We received the appraisal via email shortly after Naomi inspected the house, which was not expected so quickly, but greatly appreciated. The appraisal was very thorough and provided lots of historical data and cross-referencing with comparable houses in the area. Naomi & Matt are a beautiful team. Matthew's, patience in allowing us to take all the time we needed to inspect properties and to answer all questions (even the trivial ones). Naomi's efficiency with returning calls/emails and addressing all enquiries is a beautiful quality. Both are very friendly and approachable. Not, once did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. They did not push or force a sale onto me (which usually happens with most other organisations in the sales industry).
