Over the five years Professionals Avon Valley have been managing my rental property i have found them to be highly efficient and professional. Naomi & her staff go above and beyond to provide a quality customer experience. I would happily recommend them.
In the space of time that Naomi and the team at Professionals have looked after my property, I have nothing but positive comments. The tenants are well looked after and any small maintenance issues are quickly addressed. I am an out of state investor so correspondence is very important; Naomi makes sure that I know what is happening so I have complete peace of mind. I would recommend her services to any prospective landlord
Sent to our Head Office: I am writing to you to advise that my fiancée and I own a rental property which is leased by your real estate team in Northam WA. Naomi Thomas has been our agent for some time now and I wish to let you know how incredible she is. Naomi is a very hard worker and there is never a question unanswered. She is thorough, efficient and always professional. The attention she gives, makes us feel like we are her only clients. Jacob has had dealings with other agents in Northam, who have advised him to be less involved in his property and let a few things slide with his tenants. We love our property and expect a great deal from the agent. Naomi always has time to deal with issues Jacob brings to her attention and she does this in a pleasant and helpful manner. She truly goes above and beyond. If we didn't find Naomi, I'm afraid we would have given up and sold the property at whatever price we could get and that would have been a financial disaster at this time. We are very grateful to her and hope that her hard work will be rewarded. I cant tell you how much we rave about her to other people who have properties. She is worth more than her weight in gold.
The Public Trustee is extremely pleased with all of the hard work that your office has undertaken on this geographically challenging property. Your efforts have turned around a problem into a smoothly running rental property. Your efforts with the tenants, and getting them on board has been noted and mentioned positively around the office. Again, well done!
As a property owner, I have been associated with Professionals Avon Valley & Naomi for approximately 5 years. During this time, Professionals Avon Valley has been managing my rental property in Northam. I have found during this period of time Professionals has conducted their business professionally, are courteous and will address problems immediately. I am quite often in contact with Naomi, my property manager and find her quite pleasant, understanding, efficient and her attention to detail reflects in a positive outcome. Their professional service & conduct reflexes on positive outcomes for my property which had been leased for 5 years. I highly recommend Professionals Avon Valley especially if you are thinking of leasing/renting out your property.
I want to thank Beth for helping me get a property to rent in a very short time frame. Very pleasant to deal with and my application approved very, very quickly. Thank you to the whole team for making my journey easy and highly recommended.
I’d also like to say that you’ve been very professional to deal with. I was a landlord for 9 years and I would’ve been very happy to have someone like you managing my property
A real estate that actually remembers your name. Treated more like a friend than a profit, and treat each client with respect instead of discrimination. I would recommend to anyone and everyone :)
