So impressed with how thorough and promptly Naomi did our home valuation appraisal in Northam. We received the appraisal via email shortly after Naomi inspected the house, which was not expected so quickly, but greatly appreciated. The appraisal was very thorough and provided lots of historical data and cross-referencing with comparable houses in the area.
