Naomi and Matt are just so easy to deal with. Friendly but professional, enthusiastic and extremely helpful. Our property was sold in a timely manner especially when you take into consideration the Covid situation in 2020. We would like to thank you both for making our sale quick and easy from start to finish. Colin and Jan Underdown
I am extremely happy with the friendly service and timely responses received from this office. I’m sure they receive many queries and yet they still make the time to respond as if I were there only client. I look forward to dealing with them now and in the future.
Friendly professional service. Naomi takes the time to understand your needs and is extremely professional, approachable and I would have no hesitation in recommending her or her business
I definitely would like to recommend Professionals Avon Valley for anyone who is looking for real estate in the area. I have experience buying a vacant block in Northam recently. Naomi's been so professional and enthusiastic, she has never left me with any unanswered queries. I had no idea about the region and have never been to Northam before I purchased this property, but with encouragement from Naomi, I am now in love with this place. The investment and the development that has occurred and is ongoing in the town means we have all the facilities we require.
Thank you for Taking the pressure off and dealing with everything, always only an email or phone call away with a very prompt reply a very good experience Thanks Naomi
I have been dealing with the Professionals Real Estate in Northam for many years. They do a fantastic job of Managaing my property, and have always sourced great Tenants on my behalf. Kayleen and Naomi are is just outstanding in their roles, and have on many occasions gone over and beyond to help me with issues arising at the property. Kayleen always responds very promptly to all my e-mails, and always gets the job done in an exemplary manner. Frankly, I do not know what I would do without her assistance. The rental Statments are always issued in a most professional and timely manner. Naomi is an extremely hard worker, and should be very proud of the performance of both herself, and all the Staff in the Office. If any follow-up is required with the tenants, this is dealt with in a very professional manner, and always results in a good outcome. I would highly recommend the Professionals Real Estate in Northam to any person who is looking for a great overall Property Management Team. Thank you guys. All that you do for me in what is a most complex property to manage is so very much appreciated!
They have been so dedicated to finding the right tennant for me. A thorough check on previous renting experiences was sent to me asking for approval. I am very grateful and pleased I have chosen them.
Would I recommend Professionals Avon Valley YES, Due to the great & friendly staff. However there is something very special about Kayleen. I have had to deal with many professional people in my lifetime, particularly through work and she is one of those gems (rare) that stand out
