I cannot say thank you enough to Naomi. I asked her to give me a rental appraisal on my house, ( which arrived that very same day!!) . Whilst she was doing that, out of curiosity I asked her what she thought I could sell my house for. I did inform her that if I was to sell I would not be engaging an agent. This did not stop her from helping me with answers to questions that I had. AND after discussing this with her I decided to sell and I was able to sell for a lot more than my original asking price was going to be.
